Stand participants: tour operating companies of the Silk Road countries.
The Joint Stand name:Silk Road Destinations.
Total area of the Joint Stand: depends on the number of participating members.
Assumed number of the Joint Stand participants: depends on the number of submitted applications.
Representation: one participant (company) per country.
Submission of applications: applications should be submitted in advance.
Application confirmation: applications are confirmed on their receipt.
Terms of participation: to be stipulated in the Agreement (attached).
Promotional materials: joint promotion files with inserted separate leaflets representing each participant (see sample).
Reciprocal commitments: оto exchange available information on joint participation in international fairs, to fulfill reciprocal obligations under the Agreement.
Total cost of the Joint Stand space, including participation of co-exhibitors and electricity consumption at the Joint Stand: as provided by the agreement with the international fair organizers and the invoice issued by the organizers.
Total cost of the Joint Stand construction: as provided by the agreement with the construction company and the invoice issued by the construction company.
Amount to be paid by each participant to cover the cost of the Joint Sand space, including participation of co-exhibitors and electricity consumption at the Joint Stand: equals the amount resulting from Joint Stand total cost divided by the number of participant.
Amount to be paid by each participant to cover the cost of the Joint Stand construction: equals the amount resulting from the total cost of Joint Stand construction divided by the number of participants.
