According to the project various tourism infrastructure facilities are to be built on the territory of 6000 square metres. By summer season of 2012 there will be reconstructed and built anew a hotel, summer cinema, sport grounds, drugstores and supermarkets. The recreation zones will be developed and there will appear paths to infrastructure facilities. With the purpose of developing downhill skiing it is also planned to build 2-kilometre alpine skiing tracks, thus making Bahmaro an all-season ski resort.

Bahmaro resort is located in Chohataur municipality at the altitude of 2050 metres above sea level, and is considered to be one of the country's best health and tourist resorts.
