AZERBAIJAN: 'Kempinski' hotel group opens Hotel Badamdar Baku in Azerbaijan

Located within the all-new Badamdar Complex, in the heart of Badamdar district in Baku, Kempinski Hotel Badamdar hotel has its Grand Opening planned for September 2011. Kempinski Hotel Badamdar is the hotel group's second signed management agreement in the Azerbaijani capital, with the opening for Kempinski Hotel Crescent Baku planned for 2015.

The new hotel will combine the best of Kempinski's renowned European flair and highest standards of service, with a keen respect for Azerbaijani culture and traditions. The hotel will offer outstanding facilities, which will certainly please both business and leisure travellers.

The 14-storey hotel features 283 spacious, elegantly designed guestrooms including 37 suites varying in size from 80 to 200 m2, with either two or three bedrooms.

Three restaurants offering a wide range of international and local cuisines, and two bars will satisfy the varied tastes of the guests.

A world-class conference centre is an ideal setting for conferences. In addition, the centre offers 14 meeting rooms and 36 boardroom-style offices equipped with cutting edge technology, and an auditorium seating up to 450 people.

Kempinski Badamdar Baku hotel boasts a unique 3,500 square metres spa and wellness centre with a large indoor swimming pool and pool bar, sauna and hammam, relaxation area, and fitness studio.

Another attractive feature of the Badamdar Complex is its 5,000 square metres entertainment and retail centre, with three levels of shopping space and one level dedicated to leisure facilities, such as bowling, billiards and an ice-skating rink, as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars.
