Nine-storey hotel will feature 95 luxury guestrooms including suites and apartments, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, restaurants, a bar and up-to-date business-centre, a fitness-centre with training equipment, and a swimming pool built atop of the hotel building.

Serena Dushanbe is the second hotel of “Serena” brand in Tajikistan. The first name brand hotel – Serena Khorog - was built in 2002 in Khorog, the centre of Gorno-Badakhshan autonomous region. The ceiling and the columns, decorating the lobby of the hotel, replicate the elements of traditional Pamir house design, whereas the interior of the hotel represents various aspects of local culture.
